Client: Public Transport Users in Venezuela
An app designed to help Venezuelans track public transport schedules, allowing users to plan their daily commutes more effectively.
UX Generalist
For this occasion, remote interviews were conducted with those users who demographically represented the aims of the project: those who lived in Venezuela, between 26 and 36 years of age, who mostly use public transport, as well as the face-to-face and hybrid work modes.
The objective was to correct the errors in the potential user's journey, as they could not find the company's medical products. When conducting the usability study, several limitations were identified, including the arrangement of information, which tended to be confusing; and not completing the navigation due to the complexity and surplus information.
The results of the research positively confirmed the premise of whether the user would consider this application useful for their daily life. As points to improve, several factors should be taken into account, such as the direction in which the trains or buses are going, the live schedule so that the user can make decisions, and taking into account various ways to navigate when finding what the user needs, which in the end is to have information about transport.
